REFUNDS / EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer customers the ability to return *eligible products within 30 days of purchase.
​*“Final Sale” items, International orders are ineligible for returns/ exchanges.
Returns/ Exchanges must have proper documentation, packaging (if applicable), and / or apparel must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition that you received it (unaltered). STOS Brand Apparel does not accept any worn or damaged product as returns.

Domestic U.S. Returns Policy
To begin the process of returning your eligible order, please submit your request via our contact us page.

You will be directed to select your item(s) for return and instantly generate your return shipping label.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you of the product receipt. You will also receive an email notifying you that your request for refund/ exchange has been approved/ rejected upon product inspection.

If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment, within 3 to 6 business days, for the value of the item returned and any applicable taxes associated with the item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

*Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.

If shipping an item over $69, you are advised to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as STOS Brand Apparel does not guarantee and cannot be held responsible if we do not receive your returned item.
